The SFU IRMACS Centre
Calendar System & Content Management System Integration
XORNOT Studios has been working with the IRMACS Centre at SFU since 2009 on an ongoing project to unify the various IRMACS applications and databases into one central facility calendar and client management application. This project has involved making existing data usable by migrating them from multiple third-party formats and data-stores into one clean master database, as well as designing user interfaces to allow the IRMACS staff to administer all business data from a central web based application.
In addition to the calendar system, XORNOT has provided IRMACS with custom Drupal modules for their pre-existing Content Management System to allow instant publication of calendar data to the public website. The IRMACS Centre previously contracted with XORNOT to implement their existing graphic design as a theme for their Drupal based in-house content management system.
Features of this project include:
